In order to become a radio personality you need to have great communication skills. This job is one of the most difficult occupations to master. To become a good DJ requires a lot of training and extra-curricular activities.
My hope is that this blog can simplify a few things for all you aspiring disc jockeys out there :)
But first... a word of warning! Don't be seduced by the face up front. There's also plenty to do behind the scenes in a radio studio and many of these roles can become very interseting and fulfilling career paths in their own right.
